THE STORY
We built the system because we needed it ourselves.
In 2019, we started On Point Mobile Bartending with a simple goal: create an exceptional bar experiences for clients, planners & venue owners. As the business grew, so did the chaos behind the scenes.
Event details lived in spreadsheets. Drink calculations were done manually. Shopping lists had to be built from scratch. Prep instructions were scattered across notes and packing lists were constantly being updated.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built our own system.
What started as a way to make our own business easier to manage became the system that helped us build a six-figure mobile bartending business.
